1. Perishable Products
Due to their nature, perishable products (milk, ghee, fresh items) are not returnable unless damaged or spoiled.
- Issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
- Photo or video proof is required
- Approved claims may receive replacement or refund
2. Non-Perishable Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
3. Refund Timelines
- Bank/Card refunds: 5–7 business days
- Wallet credits: Within 24 hours
4. Reusable Packaging
Reusable bottles and containers should be returned clean. Damaged or unclean items may attract charges.
